I think its because the ones that have decided to drop out of school have realized that without their education they would not make it in the world so they try to live off of the people thay see doing right and the ones that get rewarded for their hard work in school
About me I am outgonig, easy to get along with, and most importantly I attend the great G.W. Carver high school home the tigers. I am a senior at Carver. I am the oldest child out of four. I am a great peer to be around, I like to laugh and joke around, but my school work comes before any of those.

because these young boys dropping out of school and there parents don't care what there child do.
